And do you want to know The Panic Attack Cure? In short Panic attacks is a reaction of the brain that puts the human body in a state of "fight or flight" which is a natural instinctive reaction to help us humans survive. Perhaps it originated when humans first walked on earth and had to defend themselves against other predators.

If you want to skip this information and go straight to the Panic Attack Cure web page please click this link.
The Panic Attack Cure

What happens in a Panic Attack? The brain's function changes which in thus causes the body function to change as well. Normal brain functions come from the front part of the brain. Now when a person undergoes a panic attack the mid brain takes over. This part of the brain is referred to as periaqueductal grey area which is where the "fight or flight" response takes place when someone suffers from a panic attack.

Panic attacks are associated with physical symptoms that include the following:

* Shaking or trembling
 * Feeling that your heart is pounding or racing
 * Sweating
 * Chest pain or discomfort
 * Shortness of breath
 * Feeling that you are choking
 * Nausea
 * Cramping
 * Dizziness or weakness
 * An out-of-body feeling
 * Tingling or numbness in your hands, arms, feet or legs
 * Chills or hot flashes

A person may feel like they are dying, going crazy, or losing control when they experience a panic attack. Most people end up going to the hospital thinking they are having a heart attack just to find out they had a panic attack. Panic attacks can be harmless as most doctors would say. But, they are also a very serious thing that can ruin a person's life from doing everyday events.

There are also a few techniques that are natural to cure panic attacks. Such as meditation, seeing a professional, or seeking self therapy in the form of a self discipline guide. Whichever option is best for a person must be stuck with for 3 months or more to see long term results. The best method that worked for me can be found at this site

 The Panic Attack Cure

My first Experience with Panic Attacks and How I Cured it.

My first experience with a Panic Attack was at the age of 24 years old. The very first time I had no idea what was happening to me. I was at a friends house watching a movie and all of a sudden my heart started racing out of my chest. I thought I was going to die and did not say a word to anyone. I just sat in my chair and expected to die. It felt to the point that my heart was going to explode. Why did I not say anything to my friends? Well, because I had no idea what was going on and I did not want to freak anyone out and be looked at as weird.

The 2nd time I had a Panic Attack I knew right then exactly what it was. I was at my home with my spouse and I was reading an article on medicine. All of a sudden I had a panic attack and I rushed to my girlfriend and told her what was happening and had her watch over me. That night I slept with the phone in my hands just in case I had to call the hospital.

So what triggered all this? Well, I was reading an article about antibiotics that I was taken and of course I read the negative effects it has. So, my body and mind freaked out and went through a massive Panic Attack. After this incident I had a few more panic attacks just doing normal everyday life events. This is because in the back of my mind there was fear and anxiety. And as much as I tried to not think about my anxiety, I still had panic attacks.

I hated this, it was not the way I wanted to live. I have to work around people in my everyday job and I feared having a panic attack in public. What would I do if I had a panic attack in public? How much of this stress can my body undergo? Can it be cured? I had gone to see doctors and they did not seem sympathetic at all. The doctors simply recommended medication which I had already researched and found out that medications are just a temporary solution.

So after tedious research I happen to find a book written by a consultant psychiatrist that specializes in Curing Panic Attacks. The book is very informative and trains the mind to defeat panic attacks. The program offers 1-on-1 coaching if you ever need advice. It also comes with an audio training layout that helped me sleep at night and I'd wake up feeling like a new person. The Panic Attack Cure

If you go through a Panic Attacks like I have then there is a cure. Most people mistake panic attacks as being a heart attack. Because the symptoms are quite similar but panic attacks are not really life threatening. When someone experiences a panic attack they undergo a "fight or flight" response which charges the body with pure adrenaline. The human heart starts beating rapidly, to the point where it can start to overstress the body. Breathing becomes difficult and short. The mind feels a short of unreality taken over. Chest pains become apparent and the hands feel tingly. These are all symptoms of a panic attack.The Panic Attack Cure

Panic attacks are a natural response to when humans used to be hunted by large carnivores which would then trigger the fight or flight response. This short of adrenaline response is the short of thing that is a natural reaction for survival. So now, unless you are physically attacked or stalked there is really no reason to suffer from that rush of adrenaline, or is there? What do you do if you have panic attacks?

Many doctors would have you believe there is a magic pill which will cure you of your panic attacks, this is patently untrue. While such drugs may help with the problem in the short-term, they do not address the root of the problem. In addition, many such drugs can be highly addictive, and difficult to stop using when you have been doing so for long periods.

For those who suffer from Panic Attacks should look at the life style they live. If someone undergoes a lot stress, worries too much, and has lack of sleep then these can all contribute to on-going panic attacks. Anxiety plays a huge role in panic attacks and anxiety is a type of fear. Worrying about everyday life situations needs to be addressed. It is normal to undergo stress through life but how we deal with it effects our mind and body.

If you are suffering from panic attacks, there are a number of non-drug solutions you can employ to help you deal with them, and which in time should eliminate them all together for the most part. Because, like most people when they experience a panic attack they generally go to a doctor. And like most doctors who probably have never experienced a panic attack will recommend medications. Medications are just a short term fix for panic attacks. The mind has to be trained to know how to get out of a Panic Attack and to prevent them from happening again. With his book called Panic Away, I was able to do just that. And it's been over 8 months since my last panic attack and I don't expect to have one ever again. The Panic Attack Cure

Panic Attacks originate from the brain, it is a "fight or flight" response that is embedded in our genes. The brain naturally works from the frontal lobes called the prefrontal cortex where decision making and rationalization takes place. When the brain goes into a Panic Attack then the mid-brain takes over. This is where the "fight or flight" mode kicks in and controls your mind. The brains blood flow shifts and changes its function. That is where the rapid heart rate, shortness of breath comes from. It's a huge adrenaline rush that is injected through your entire body.

Anxiety and Panic Attacks could make someone's life less enjoyable and hold a person back on normal everyday events. It can make people afraid of going shopping, going on vacation, attending family events, and even doing normal errands. A panic attack can come out of no where and be a sudden emotion of fear that will surrender a person's mind and body to fear. It puts the person in fear of having a heart attack just to find out when they go to the hospital that everything was caused by anxiety. Trust me I have been there time and time again.

To cure Panic Attacks one must train the mind and body and overcome such fears. It is a path that one must walk when trying to conquer their fear and anxiety that causes panic attacks. Medications are only a short term solution and majority of the time a person will get the wrong type of medicine. Because medication is so broad that there are many different types of medications for the same health problem. That is because each individual person reacts different to each type of medication. So a person might have to go through a few different types of medications until they find one that reacts to the problem. And it takes 3-4 weeks for a medication to have its full effect.

The Panic Attack Cure

Panic Away is an informative book that will train a person to cure panic attacks naturally.
